National Youth Services Corp has today swear-in over 1,336 corp members comprising 773 males and 619 females ,the swearing-in ceremony held on Tuesday the 20th February 2024 at the NYSC permanent orientation camp Damare Girei local government area of Adamawa state.
The Chief Judge of the state,Hon Justice Hafsat Abdulrahaman who was represented by Hon Justice Hellen Nuhu Hammanjoda administered the oath of allegiance to the Batch A stream 1 corps members.
The prospective corp members were swear-in by the Adamawa State Chief Judge,Hon Justice Hafsat Abdulrahaman as she was represented by Justice Hellen Nuhu Hammanjoda welcomes the corp members to the state.
Speaking to the corp members, Governor Ahmedu Umaru Fintiri who was represented by the Deputy Governor Adamawa State Government, Prof.Keletapwa George Farauta assures the corp members deployed to the state of safety and security as he call on the corp members to fell free to settle in the state
The Governor in his speech has called on the corp members to be security conscious as he urges them to take good advantage of their service year and learn skills that will make them outstanding.
The Director General of NYSC , BRIG GEN Yushua Dogara warmly welcomes the prospective corp members calling on them to participate fully in all activities in the camp.

Jingi Denis while addressing the corp members at the swearing-in stated that the orientation is the first cardinal program of NYSC and so he call on corp members to participate fully in all activities in the camp like rigorously acquiring skills.
In his speech, he appreciated the corp members for being we’ll propel behavior as he attested their coordination since the inception of the orientation camp.
Interviewing the corp members, they all express joy stating that Adamawa is a home for them to explore as they promise to give back to the society at their place of primary assignment.
