Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State reiterated his dedication to the growth and excellence of the Nigeria Law School during a recent visit to its Yola Campus, underscoring his vision to maintain the institution’s high standards and produce skilled legal professionals.
Governor Fintiri expressed satisfaction with the project’s progress and quality during the tour of the ongoing construction of new hostel accommodations.
He emphasized the importance of adhering to contractual agreements, calling on contractors to meet both the government’s and the institution’s expectations in a professional and timely manner.
Governor Fintiri further highlighted his administration’s unwavering support for the Nigeria Law School, aiming to improve student accommodations and foster an environment that promotes higher enrollment. This support, he believes, will not only enhance educational quality but also contribute to Adamawa State’s economic growth in a sustainable way.
Expressing optimism for the future, Governor Fintiri noted that strengthening the Law School would bolster its ability to produce lawyers ready to compete on a global scale. He recognized Nigeria’s esteemed reputation for training and supplying judicial officers to other countries, a standard the Law School continues to uphold.
