National Youth Services Corp has today swear-in over 1,000 corp members,the swearing-in ceremony was held on Tuesday at the NYSC permanent orentation camp Damare Girei local government area of Adamawa state.
Acting Chief Judge of the state,Hon Justice Hafsat Abdulrahaman who was represented by Justice Helen Hammanjoda administered the oath of allegiance to the Batch C stream 2 corps members, comprising 709 males and 219 females.
The prospective corp members were swear- in by the Adamawa State Acting Cheif Judge,Hon Justice Hafsat Abdulrahaman as she was represented ablely represented by Justice Helen Hammanjoda welcomes them to the state.
The Acting Director General of NYSC , warmly welcome the prospective corp members calling on them to participate in all activities in the camp.
The Adamawa state Coordinator Denis jingi addressed the corp members in the swearing-in as he stated that the orientation is the first cardinal program of NYSC and so he call on corp members to participate fully in all activities in the camp.
Representing the NYSC DG,The State Coordinator called on the corp members to rigorously acquire skills. According to him,white collar job are not readily available any where
In his speech,he appreciates the Federal, State and Local government, he also appreciate security agencies and traditional rules and all corp members employers.
The corp members in excitement,pledged to give back to the society by reaching out to the vulnerable persons and also solve problems around their immediate community.
