POLICE ARREST 4 SUSPECT FOR ARMED ROBBERY,RECOVERS ONE TRICYCLE

Adamawa State Police Command received a distress call April 7th, 2024, at about 0600hrs,as one Nuhu Muhammed, a tricyclist, raised Alarm along Jimeta-Mubi Bridge after being attacked and robbed of his tricycle,:

The Suspects,are Abdullahi Yusuf (22yrs,Umar Yahaya (20yrs, Hassan Ishaka (24yrs),Shuaibu Abubakar (19yrs)
all residents of Kwabura village, Hawal L.G.A, Borno State.

The Command Public Relations Officer SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje made this  known in a press release unavailing that
investigations so far reveals that the suspects Boarded the Tricycle indicate that the tricyclist  as   passengers to a certain location, around Viniklang, Girei Local Government Area. Upon reaching the bridge, they (suspect) applied force on the Tricyclist, threatening him with Dangerous weapons , pushed him out of the Tricycle and went away with it.

A swift response from the Jimeta Division patrol team led to the apprehension of these suspects and the recovery of the Tricycle.

The Commissioner of Police CP Dankombo Morris has assured the people that the suspects will be charged to Court for Criminal Conspiracy and Armed Robbery  upon the conclusion of the investigation.
