FIGHT AGAINST SHILLA GANSTERISM:POLICE ARREST  FIFTEEN (15) SHILAH BOYS IN ADAMAWA

The Adamawa State Police Command has successfully arrested 15 Shilah Cult  Boys in Yola and Jimeta environs recovering 9 handsets,TV set and some weapons.

Adamawa State Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, Psc (+), Appreciates the Good People of Adamawa State for their Collaboration in the fight against Armed Robbery, House Breaking and Violence crimes by Radical Shilla Cult group. The CP equally Commends  Officers and Men of the Command, for Commitment to duty and for Creating an enabling environment.

The sustained efforts are yielding results as another (15) Shilla Cult members were arrested during the just concluded Sallah Celebrations within Yola and Jimeta metropolitans.

The spokespersons of the police SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje unveiled the suspect in a press release, according to him they are
(1)Usman Ahmadu, aged 32,
(2)Abdullahi Shuaibu, aged 18,
(3)Auwal Saleh, aged 18,
(4)Usman Abdullahi, aged 21,
(5)Auwal Isah, aged 20,
(6)Muhammad Abubakar, aged 18,
(7)Jamilu Hassan, aged 19,
(8)Abdussalam Abdullahi, aged 20
(9)Salisu Umar, aged 19,
(10)Yahya Umaru, aged 25,
(11)Salahudeen Auwal, aged 18,
(12)Yusuf Ahmed, aged 20,
(13)Jamilu Sani, aged 18,
(14)Abraham Joel, aged 18, and
(15)Muhammad Auwal, aged  19,
All of various addresses.

Interestingly, dangerous weapons, illicit drugs, Cellphones, amongst others were recovered .

The CP has assured that those arrested would be deligently prosecuted upon completion of investigation.
