The Adamawa State Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, Psc(+), has today, 13th September, 2024 decorated Twelve (12) newly promoted Police Officers at the Police Officers Mess, Jimeta Yola.
The Command Public Relations Officer SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje disclosed in a press release that the decoration ceremony comes on
the heels of the recent promotion of some personnel of the Nigeria Police Force.
Governor Ahmedu Umaru Fintiri who was represented by Ahmed Lawan, the Senior Special Assistant on Peace and Security to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Adamawa State and many Stakeholders.
The SSA congratulated the newly promoted officers and charged them to see the promotion as a call for improved services to the State. He assured of the State Government’s commitment to Continue Supporting the Command ongoing fight against Shilla Gangsterism.
Lending his voice,the CP Morris Dankombo noted that since his assumption of office, the Community Policing Strategies and strategic management approach has been addressing current and emerging security threats in the state.
The CP while congratulating the newly decorated officers for their
well-deserved elevation, charged them to deploy their intellect and demonstrate sound professional judgement in all their decisions at all times for the betterment of Force.
The Officers decorated include: CSP Bitrus Wycliffe, DPO Toungo, CSP Ishaku Bala, DPO Jada, CSP Edward Iyadi DPO Hong, CSP John Nwedu, DPO MADAGALI, CSP Oluwadare Babalola, Officer in charge of Provost, 65pmf Mubi, CSP Satumary Jasini, DPO SHAGARI Division, CSP Aaron Ezra Mamza DPO Mubi South, CSP Nemuel Yoila Officer in charge of General investigation (CID), CSP Francis Ojaja Officer in charge of Command Explosive Ordinance Disposal-Chemical Biological, CSP Joseph Jamin Nkuruman DPO Mayo-Belwa and CSP Japhet Ptilabari DPO Michika.
