Adamawa CP Dankombo Morris Honoured for Strengthening Bank Security

The Yola Bankers Committee has recognised the Commissioner of Police, Adamawa State Command, Dankombo Morris, with an Award of Excellence in Security Partnership.
The award celebrates his exceptional support, collaboration, and dedication to maintaining a safe and conducive environment for banking activities across the state.
In presenting the award, the Committee lauded Morris for his effective leadership, innovative security strategies, and strong collaboration with financial institutions. These efforts have significantly enhanced the safety of banking operations and strengthened public confidence in Adamawa’s banking sector.
The award was announced by Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, Police Public Relations Officer for the Commissioner of Police, Adamawa State, on 21st December 2025.
