Man O War Nigeria, Adamawa chapter collaboration with National Orientation Agency, NOA and other stakeholders has sensitized youth and the general public against violence during and after the 2023 General Elections in the state.
Speaking at the sensitization rally tacked “We Support Violence Free Elections”, in Yola,
Mohammed Barkindo Tafida man o’ War Commander said the aim the peaceful campaign is to educate youth to stay away from violence before, during and after the forthcoming elections.
He said is of important to create awareness on the effect of election violence and advantages of free and fair elections in the society.
He also called on the youth to make good use of their weapon which is their Permanent Voters Cards, PVC to elect credible candidates.
Mr Bashir Gabdo, Director NOA represented by Rose Zinas lending her voice at the campaign called on the youth to come out enmass to vote during the elections peacefully.
She said peaceful elections would help to record free, fair and credible elections in the state and county at large.
Also speaking , Eliasha Sumila head of Community Development Service, CDS of the NYSC calls on the youth to stay clear from thuggury and completely stay away from violence.
