The Commissioner of police CP Afolabi Babatola,as has assured the good people of Adamawa state of adequate security as the Nation celebrates 2023 Eid-El Fitr Sallah Celebration.
In a statement signed by the command police image maker Suleiman Nguroje states that the CP emplaced adequate security measures to protect the citizens, ensure the success of all the activities lined-up for the festive period and to prevent any act capable of breaking down law and order before, during and after the celebration.
The CP directed Deputy Commissioner of police department of operations to coordinate and ensure all the Area Commanders, Divisional police officers, and Operational commanders to Personally lead the Sallah Celebrations security operation.
They are to also ensure high visibility and confidence building patrols around the Eid grounds, Event Centers, Residential Areas and other places of public resort to prevent any infiltration by Hostile elements.
Meanwhile,The Command Congratulated His Excellency, Rt.Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri , the Executive Governor of Adamawa state and the entire people of the State , on the occasion of the Sallah Celebrations
