Senator Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani has congratulated all Muslims in Adamawa state and Nigeria for witnessing this year’s Eid-El-Fitr Sallah celebrations and for a successful Ramadan fast.
In a Sallah message to the Muslim Ummah, signed by a member of the media committee, Binani Governorship campaign organisation, Martins Dickson, Binani urged all Muslims to continue in the spirit of Ramadan and the lessons learnt as they prayed to Allah for a peaceful and progressive future for Adamawa state.
“As we keep faith with Allah to answer our prayers as offered during Ramadan, I call for steadfastness, resilience and faith for a peaceful and progressive future, we must learn to abide by the teachings and lessons learnt during Ramadan and contribute our quota in ensuring a peaceful Adamawa and a progressive state”.

I will continue to ensure that the downtrodden and less privileged women and youths amongst us receive the needed attention as much as I can, the Ramadan period has further deepen my resolve to put our people’s plight first before any other consideration and this I will continue to do”.
Binani called on all persons to shun all form of bitterness and work towards unity and peaceful coexistence.
“We are indeed passing through very difficult moments in our political journey as a state, which calls for deeper reflection and resolve to do right.
As a people we must desist from perpetrating falsehood and half truths, but rather promote peace and unity, we are stronger together and our diversity inherently carries our strength, let us use this Sallah celebrations to promote unity’, the message said.
