FIGHT AGAINST SHILLA GANGSTERISM:ADAMAWA POLICE ARREST 4 SUSPECTED SHILAH BOYS

The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested four suspected individuals terrorizing parts of JAMBUTU, in Yola North Local Government Area.In the ongoing efforts of the Police to create an enabling environment and maintain peace and security across the State.
The Command Public Relations Officer SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje in a press statement stated that the suspects, identified as Sadiq Usman 20 years, Abba Ibrahim 18 years, Abdul Jibrin 20 years, and Labaran Muhammed 20 years, were apprehended at Geriyo Junction around 2 a.m.
SP Nguroje further detailed that dangerous weapons were found in their possession including a dagger and a knife, and they were also caught smoking dried leaves suspected to be Indian hemp.
These arrests follow several complaints of robbery and theft from communities in the area.
The suspects are currently in police custody for further investigations and more recoveries
The Commissioner of Police CP Dankombo Morris has assured the good people of Adamawa State of the command’s continued commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all residents.
