Modibbo Adama University (MAU) Yola, has announced the passing away of its Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics, Prof.Mohammed Musa Malgwi in the early hours of today 18th May 2023 while on official duty in Abuja.
A statement by the Registrar of the institution, Haj. Halima M. Bala said the desceased is survived by his wife Prof. (Mrs.) Anna M. Malgwi and children.
Before his demise, Prof. Malgwi was the Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics of the University and had served in various capacities as Dean, Faculty of Life Sciences and School of Postgraduate Studies.
The statement added that burial arrangements will be announced by the family in due course
